Those who practice generosity but do not cultivate wisdom will obtain great wealth but remain unlearned and ignorant.
The dual practice of generosity and wisdom will result in the attainment of both wealth and wisdom. Those who cultivate neither will forever remain in the dark night, impoverished and ignorant.
